You can get one of the best rooftop views in NYC for free! ? ?Overstory 70 Pine St 64th Floor, New York, NY 10005 Overstory is listed as one of the top 50 cocktail bars in the world. The best part? You don’t have to buy a drink to step outside and take in the insane 360° view of Manhattan. Empire State, Brooklyn Bridge, the whole skyline - it’s all there. We did get two drinks and they were on the expensive side. We paid about $60 for two drinks including tips. But we thought of it as the admission fee to the view ?
