I went to Costa Rica to begin my Breathwork certification process at a hands on retreat. The retreat is Elemental Rhythm and is in the link I put above! I had two full days of immersion, learning about the entire process of facilitating a Breathwork experience for someone. We learned the breakthrough experience-Yang and the flow experience-Yin. I met some amazing people, doing really incredible work including getting to hang with Gio Bartolomeo, the creator of the retreat and Elemental Rhythm Breathwork technique! I highly recommend this certification process and the in person retreat, but they also hold online ones!
