Disclaimer: domestic violence, trauma. As a Vietnamese myself, I can tell, that so many #Vietnamese people tend to be so toxic in relationships because our parents do not know hot to express love in a proper way. As a result most of us grew up with insane career expectations, attachement issues or even domestic violence. However, time is changing and I see a great effort in terms of trauma recovery for Vietnamese elders as well as understanding from the younger generation.
