Please read: I walk everyday. M-T-Th-F, I do 12-2-30 on the treadmill (12 incline, 2 speed, for 30 minutes). On Wednesdays and Saturdays, I walk 10K steps. And every chance I get, I walk.
This is just how it started for me. Then I focused on nutrition because you cannot out exercise unhealthy eating, so make sure you have that in check too.
