No one talks about what it's like to spend bank holiday alone as a single girl with a disability. Its 33°c in the UK and it's unbearable for most of us. I had planned to do some chores and sit in the garden for a couple of hours but my head started and so I stayed out of the sun and have stayed inside, so that it doesn't get worse. I think these weekends can look like everyone is doing loads of activities but a lot of us are living alone and staying safe Hope you have all had a nice bank holiday weekend so far?
