#foodforthought? Anxiety is letting you know there’s danger, either a real or a perceived threat. If you’re actually safe, remind yourself of this. And if you’re nervous, because you’re on a #firstdate that’s so normal! Validate this feeling. And then ground yourself by using your senses, like touching a cold water bottle!
