Drive with me on this scenic route through Turkey (Türkiye) as I travel from Göcek to Fethiye by car.
The drive took place at sunset on a Sunday in early September 2024 through the beautiful mountains in the Muğla region.

The drive took approximately 30 minutes with very little traffic.

Göcek is a laid back coastal town on the south west coast of Turkey and is worth visiting if you are in the area. Göcek is situated between the towns of Fethiye and Dalaman and is centered around a stunning Marina that is home to some of the world’s biggest super yachts owned by the richest people in the world.

Fethiye is a natural harbor city in the western Mediterranean. It’s a very popular holiday center with its magnificent natural beauty and ancient Lycian towns.

I recommend a stroll along the Marina and grabbing a drink and something nice to eat in one of the beautiful sea front restaurants.
