If you are heading to Sedona make sure you include Cathedral Rock as last summer me & my wife visited there and learned about the Vortexes present in the area but what exactly is an energy vortex? It is said to be a swirling centre of energy that is conducive to healing, meditation and self-exploration. It is a place where the earth seems especially alive with energy. Some people claim it’s so cleansing that it makes them break down in tears and others feel a rush of energy and clarity upon entering a Sedona vortex and Cathedral Rock has the strongest one in all Sedona so be prepared when you get there and let me know how you feel. Apart from the Vortexes Cathedral Rock is also one of the best photo spots in the area.
