Here’s what I learned (read: remembered!) from a 10-day Vipassana retreat:
?Our minds are busy! Even if you’re a meditation trainer ?
?Nothing in life is permanent. Everything changes
?It’s okay to let go of things. This creates space for better ones!
?You can stay out of trouble by pausing before speaking.
?Our emotions are directly connected to physical sensations.
?Every human being is trying his/her best. Stay compassionate.
