Charming hotels with thatched roofs and wooden features stand side by side in Tulum Beach, a long, narrow neighborhood on the Caribbean coast. Along the main drag, there are plenty of dining and drinking venues, including Italian and Asian joints, as well as small boutiques. Past the row of hotels, there’s a quieter, undeveloped beach with rocky shores.
