Mobility is to freedom, what freedom is to liberty. Often, women are made to stay within the four walls of their home, as the 'outside' is considered to be unsafe for them. But, what happens when more and more women, come outside, reclaim their rightful public space and explore, embark on their wishful quests and what not! Maybe the outside becomes more safe. Policies like free fare systems on the bus for women, motivate the masses to move around and travel. It's one less barriers to motivate women to come out of their homes, strong and empowered.
