In December, I had the privilege of hosting my end of year day retreat, the most expansive one of the year, weaving together some of my favourite practices and rituals to guide a lovely group through a day of intentional self-care and growth
Here’s how we embraced the theme:
✨Following our welcome circle we started the day with a grounding Hatha Yoga session & reflective meditation led by Yoga Devy
✨Observed a silent break to deepen introspection
✨ Immersed ourselves in a clarity-themed sound bath
✨Reflected on the year with journaling prompts and Cosmoss Love Letters
✨Connected over an anti-inflammatory lunch featuring fresh, organic, plant-based dishes (details coming in another post soon)
✨Channeled creativity by crafting personal affirmation cards
✨Grounded emotions with an afternoon sound bath designed for release
✨Practiced Vasana Daha Tantra, a vedic ritual to purify the unconscious mind
✨Ended the day with a healing dinner and henna
