This is a 45 minute 'wrist free' morning energising yoga practice. If you’re following along with the Spring Retreat, this is your Sunday morning flow. An energising and accessible flow that includes back & leg strengtheners, twists, lateral side bends and core work. Class begins with Kapalabhati breathing to warm and energise, then moves through a fun, creative sequence that circles around your mat. For practice you may wish to have a blanket for comfort. (Please note, it does not include any weight bearing on your hands but does include some weight bearing on the shoulders).
